Welcome to Bulldog Bazar – Global. Please read this Shipping & Returns Policy carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the conditions described below.
1. Production & Fulfillment
All of our products are made to order through trusted fulfillment partners located in the USA, Europe, and other regions. Your order is produced specifically for you after it is placed, which allows us to offer exclusive Bulldog-themed designs with high print quality.
Production time: usually 2–5 business days before shipment.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been produced and shipped, typical delivery estimates are:
- USA: 3–5 business days after production
- Europe: 5–10 business days after production
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days after production
These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location, local postal services, and customs clearance. During peak seasons or unforeseen logistical issues, deliveries may take longer than expected.
3. Shipping Fees & Customs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart. We offer worldwide shipping whenever possible, but some destinations may not be available due to carrier or customs restrictions.
Customs fees, import taxes, and duties may be charged by your country’s customs authorities. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the buyer’s responsibility.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, whenever available. Please allow some time for the tracking status to update after dispatch.
5. Return & Refund Policy
Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as “changed my mind”, “ordered the wrong size”, or “prefer a different color/design”. Please check our size charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit only in the following situations:
- The item arrives defective or damaged
- The item is misprinted or has a clear printing error
- You receive the wrong product, size, or design compared to your order
If you experience any issue of this kind, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery, in line with the information provided in our FAQ. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
6. How to Report a Problem
To submit a claim related to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at: [email protected]
Include the following information:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Clear photos of the item and the issue (e.g. damage, misprint, wrong size/design)
- A short description of the problem
We usually respond within 24–48 business hours. After reviewing your case, we will let you know whether a free replacement, refund, or store credit is appropriate.
7. Incorrect or Undeliverable Address
If an order is returned to our fulfillment partner due to an incorrect or incomplete address, unclaimed package, or failure to receive the parcel from the carrier, we will contact you as soon as possible.
If you wish to have the order reshipped, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the new shipment. In these cases, refunds for the original shipping fee are not available.
8. Packages Marked as Delivered
If the tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with neighbors, building staff, or your local post office. If the package still cannot be located, contact us so we can review the situation together with the carrier.
In many regions, neither Bulldog Bazar nor our fulfillment partners can guarantee a refund or free replacement when the carrier confirms delivery. However, we will always do our best to assist you and look for a fair solution.
